Grayson Cupit is a scientist and engineer. After a few years starting his career as a working musician, he returned to school at the University of Memphis and earned degrees in electrical engineering, mathematics, and computer engineering.

While there, he published research on how local governments can use their existing data to understand community resiliency.

Today he works in software engineering, where he has spent 10 years leading teams to deliver results at complex tasks. He has spent time with organizations both small and lean, and huge and worldwide. He has a proven track record of finding consensus and agreement between parties who may not always agree.

Grayson is running for County Commission on a platform of transparency for our local governments and strong, adaptable, sustainable growth for Putnam County.
